You are so right STEPHEN. Why we forget this simple truth. His ways ARE so above ours. The older we get the more obvious this can be. We are so foolish to insist on ours, but we can so easily fall into a self centered thinking that our will becomes so important and somehow blinds us to this truth. How foolish.

Great thought YEOKEEHUI! We so often tend to "see things too closely." It is so comforting to know that God has the long view, the big picture, he can see the beginning and the end all at once and He desires to have a relationship with us to give us glimpses of the big picture - eternity. How cool is that?

Trust is at the heart of this. You are so right ELIZABETH.

Well said, Brad! His ways are definitely above our ways. When Scripture states that His ways are above our ways, it says that for a reason. It's very tempting to get bitter and upset when I don't understand His timing or His plans, but submission to to both are crucial if we are to come through trials and questions intact.

Now, that's thinking out of the box.
