God bless you for that! <BR/><BR/>May I suggest a book: The Mind of Jesus by William Barklay. I have this book (paperback) and it has been helpful and insightful.<BR/><BR/>The Bible is rich in detail about Jesus, His character, and attributes. The Bible is for the general masses and so it has messages that pertain to everyone. But to really know Jesus on a personal level, look to your own life and experiences. (run trough the biblical filter of course) <BR/><BR/>Ex: I know that Jesus is loving and gentle because it is written, but I see just how much by looking to the things He has done for me personally. I've seen up close just how much He cares for me. To think that the Creator actually knows who I am, me - Carol, is just mind-boggling! I have read passages now and they have a completely new meaning.
